1.How do you like these tools?

It let you know how to use a word if you wrote the stence need this word
and maybe you do not know the grmmar
very quicky to get the example

2.What are their strength and weakness, in comparison with a dictionary?

use the corpus based reference tools, I should konw the word ,what is mean
,so I must look up the dictionary first

3.What are the difficulties you encounter when you used these tools?
it does not have sort out the same word
I hope it can improve this problem

WHAT different between 'big' and large

big is used on describing size , people and scope

ex1:
a big man -means a person who is great
ex2: a big boy -a boy who is older than other boy

large is used on area ,quantity and shape
ex: large dog
ex2: a large room
ex3: a large amount of something

please tell me ,where I make the mistake

the word which make me confused are 'effect'and influence

so i use the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary to solve my problem

effect: the result of a particular influence
influence : the power to have an effect on people or things, or a person or thing that is able to do this


effect is to be partial to result

influence is to be partial to reason
